This
is a registered Maine Coon kitten sold
as a pet; the buyer agrees to never
breed this kitten and to have it spayed/neutered
by 6 months of age. It is recommended
that only isoflourine anesthetic be
used. Upon veterinarian's verification
of altering the buyer will be provided
registration papers.
Health guarantee: The breeder provides
the buyer with a current Veterinarian
health certificate and vaccination record.
The Breeder warrants that this kitten
is genetically sound, and will replace
this kitten with another of equal value
or refund half the original sale price
if the kitten dies within one year of
the purchase date from a genetic defect
and this said defect is evidence in
an autopsy report presented to the breeder.
In order to qualify for this guarantee,
the kitten must be examined by a licensed
veterinarian with in 48 hours after
delivery. Under no circumstances will
the breeder be responsible for payment
of any medical treatment provided to
the kitten by the buyer.
The purchaser agrees to the following:
The cat will receive a yearly veterinary
examination. The cat will not be allowed
outside alone unless supervised or being
walked on a leash or in a completely
enclosed run. The cat will not be declawed.
This kitten will receive frequent and
kind human attention. This kitten will
not be sold or given to an animal shelter,
pet store, and laboratory or abandoned.
